The brand began its career first as a catering business which was started by three hotel management graduates (Aninda Palit, S. Ramani and Sushanta Sengupta) who had a broad range of five-star culinary skills and experience. From offering office lunch they graduated to supplying lunch to most of the high-end IT companies, Banks and Corporate. After seeing such huge success with their catering business they decided to start this restaurant.
This specialty restaurant offers authentic Bengali cuisine. Many years of research and leafing through many cookbooks and speaking to many people who have knowledge of the olden style of cooking especially of the Tagore Era has given rise to this eclectic menu.
